WHEN AND HOW ARE YOU PAID ?

We work exclusively with property owners who have an Airbnb or Abritel account (or wish to create one).
This setup ensures you are legally protected by these platforms, which offer guarantees in case of disputes or issues during the rental.

✅ 24 hours after guests check-in, your earnings will be automatically transferred to the bank account linked to your Airbnb or Abritel profile.

THE QUALITY OF OUR ACCOMODATIONS :

We place great importance on providing a high-quality experience for our guests.This means that we carefully select the properties we choose to manage.
All apartments and villas must meet specific quality criteria and comply with all current rental regulations.

Eligible properties for our concierge service:

✔ Villas with swimming pools
✔ 3- and 4-room apartments
✔ 2-room apartments on the seafront
❌ No studios

To ensure quality and smooth organization, we require a minimum stay of 5 nights.

OUR FEES : 22%

Our concierge service is billed based on your rental income (only when you rent your property). At the end of each rental period, we issue an invoice summarizing total earnings and applied service fees.
Thanks to the Co-hosting system, you have full transparency on guest stays, payment details, and guest satisfaction through reviews.

💡 These fees are tax-deductible if you are registered as an LMNP (Non-Professional Furnished Rental status in France).
