WHEN AND HOW ARE YOU PAID ?

We work exclusively with owners who have an Airbnb or Abritel account (or wish to create one).

As a result, you are legally framed by these platforms, which provide you with all the guarantees in the event of disputes or concerns during the rental.
24 hours after the arrival of the tenants you will be directly credited to your bank account linked to your Airbnb or Abritel account..

WHAT DOES OUR SERVICE INCLUDE ?

• Complete configuration and posting of the ad via the "Co-hosting" system
• Photo shoot highlighting your property
• Management of pricing and reservations (exchanges with customers)
• Getting your villa or apartment started, setting up "WELCOME PACKS".

• CHECK IN : Personal reception of holidaymakers
• Presentation of housing and equipment
• Installation : State of entry, instructions to follow. Delivery of sets of keys.
• Recommendations: places to visit, restaurants, shops, beaches...

• CHECK OUT: The keys are always hand delivered to us upon departure.
• Exit inventory, checks on the condition of the accommodation, equipment.

• CLEANING AND LINEN : we do not provide linens.
  We need at least 2 sets of complete linens (towels and sheets).
  We have the laundry brought to the dry cleaners and a cleaning lady intervenes.

THE QUALITY OF OUR ACCOMODATIONS:

We place particular importance on providing a quality experience to our customers.
This implies that we select the accommodations that we want to take care of.

The apartments or villas must meet certain quality criteria and also meet all the standards in force for rental.

Types of accommodation eligible for our concierge service: Villas with swimming pools, 3 and 4 room apartments, 2 room apartments on the seafront. No studios.
In an approach that is both qualitative and organizational, duration of stays of 5 nights minimum.

OUR FEES : 22%

Our concierge service is billed based on your rental income (only when you rent).
At the end of each rental period, we issue an invoice showing the dates, the income generated as well as our fees applied to them.

Thanks to the "CO-HOSTING" system, you benefit from perfect transparency on the stays made by travelers: the amounts paid as well as their degree of satisfaction through comments.

These costs are deductible if you are in LMNP.
